Since 2018, Ancorar has professionalized short-term rentals in João Pessoa — born from a desire to give owners more return and less hassle, and guests service worthy of the trip.
Leading the operation, Vanessa Rodrigues — founder and CEO of Ancorar — heads a team devoted to every detail of the stay. Today we manage 52 units — sleeping over 140 guests — from Manaíra and Tambaú to Cabo Branco, Bessa and Jardim Oceania, and now in Maragogi/AL — combining technology, local operations and care, from first contact to check-out.

A professional listing (photos and description), smart pricing, 24/7 guest support, check-in and check-out, cleaning between every guest, and a monthly payout with a report — from first contact to check-out.
Which platforms is my property listed on?
Your property is distributed through the Stays platform to the main channels — Booking, Airbnb, Decolar and others — with a synced calendar and no risk of double bookings.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are monthly, with a report showing every guest, fee and net amount. You follow bookings and amounts in real time from the dashboard, anytime.
Do I need to live in João Pessoa?
No. Most owners live in another city and follow everything remotely through the real-time dashboard and email alerts for each booking.
Who handles cleaning and maintenance?
Ancorar handles the cleaning and day-to-day upkeep of the rental, with a trained team and a consistent standard for every guest. Structural repairs to the property remain the owner's responsibility.
How much does Ancorar charge?
