Edifício Solaz Smart Living combines smart living with full amenities: an outdoor pool, a terrace, 24-hour reception and a lobby with electronic locks. Located at Av. João Câncio da Silva, 107, in Manaíra — steps from the beach and close to restaurants, tapioca stalls and Manaíra Shopping.
There are around 187 units — 20 m² studios with a kitchenette and 2-bedroom apartments from 49 to 56 m², all east-facing and some with a balcony. The building was designed by architects Leila Azzouz, Ricardo Nogueira and Cristiano Rolim, with shops and reception on the ground floor and mezzanines dedicated to coworking, laundry, a gourmet space, a gym and wellness. Delivered in 2025, it is one of the newest addresses in the neighborhood. Ancorar manages 36 units at Solaz — the largest operation in our portfolio: 17 doubles, 13 studios, 2 quadruples and 4 two-bedroom apartments, the latter sleeping 4 to 5 guests. We handle bookings, check-in and cleaning from start to finish of the stay.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3pm to midnight and check-out until noon. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Is breakfast charged separately?
It is served buffet-style in the restaurant, with tapioca made fresh, at no extra cost. Note that it is a courtesy provided by the building rather than a service contracted with the rate — if the building suspends it, no refund applies.
Is there parking?
Yes, free of charge. There are 37 shared spaces for guests, taken on a first-come, first-served basis — not a reserved private space, and it can fill up in high season.
How does booking payment work?
To secure the booking, prepayment by bank transfer is required — Ancorar will contact you after the booking to send the instructions.
Can I bring children?
Yes, children of any age are welcome. From age 11, the rate is the same as an adult's.
Are pets allowed?
No, Edifício Solaz Smart Living does not accept pets.
What's the minimum age for check-in?
18. Underage guests may only check in when accompanied by at least one parent or guardian.
How far is it from the beach?
About a 3-minute walk from Manaíra Beach, one of the best-rated areas in João Pessoa.
Can I work remotely during my stay?
Yes. Besides Wi-Fi in the apartments, the building has a full coworking space with 8 desks and 2 meeting rooms.

Yes, the basement houses parking, bike storage and a generator — so common-area power stays on during outages.
How does payment work?
Payment is made directly to Ancorar, with no intermediaries. We accept PIX, bank transfer, cash and Visa, Mastercard, Elo, American Express, Diners Club, Hipercard and Maestro cards.
